2008 IFE-ILE Afro-Cuban Dance Festival

WORKSHOPS (PLEASE READ!) Please note that we are limiting class size this year and are offering classes at various levels (beginner or intermediate/advanced). If you're signing up on the day of the event, we'll have a list of classes that still have openings, but it's first come, first served!

INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED WORKSHOPS*: To take these classes, you must have completed at least two years of Afro-Cuban dance classes.

PARTIES & CULTURAL HERITAGE TOUR: More info coming soon. Features a trip to Miami's Little Havana cultural district, a cultural heritage tour of the area -- which has the famous Domino Park, plus cigar stores, Cuban coffee, and many art galleries. If interested in the Cultural Heritage Tour, please email bordercrossdc@yahoo.com by Friday, July 18. Space is limited for the tour.

PRICES:

All Access (All Day Classes): $350

Friday Only: $150

Saturday Only: $120

Sunday Only: $100

Spectator Pass: $75 (for watching classes but not participating)

Single Class: $25 (purchased day of class, space permitting)

Performance Bash & After Party with DJ Melao: $15
Featuring festival instructors Janete Silva, Neri Torres, Mestre Alegria, Yanitzia Mizrahi, The Martell Twins, and the participation of the festival students followed by a cocktail party.

CANCELLATION POLICY: The deadline for cancelling reserved tickets has passed.

* PLEASE NOTE: We need a minimum of 12 people for each Intermediate/Advanced class, so if you want the Intermediate/Advanced classes to not be mixed (with beginners), PLEASE tell your friends/fellow dancers to register now!
