Promote your products and services at our annual Afro-Cuban dance festival! Hundreds of participants from across the U.S. as well as other countries will attend, all sharing a passion for dance and an interest in Cuban, Caribbean, and Afro-Cuban roots, music and culture.

Vendor Opportunities

We are seeking the following types of vendors:

• Unique African Diaspora Arts, Crafts and Books (Afro-Cuban, Haitian, Caribbean, Afro-Columbia, African-American, etc.) -- musical instruments, art, jewelry, clothing, accessories, photography, poetry (English or Spanish), etc.
  
  
• CDs and DVDs of Cuban/Caribbean/African Diaspora music and dance, folkloric or popular -- Orisha, Afro-Cuban jazz, timba, salsa, Cuban hip hop, etc.
  
  
• Dance Products/Services: Dancewear, dance studios, dance instruction, books on dance, etc.
  
  
• Souvenirs: of Miami/Caribbean, but not disrespectful or tacky
  
  
• Botanica Items: Candles, books, etc.
  
  
• Books: On health, dance, Cuba, African Diaspora, etc.
  

Available Spaces

12 spaces (6 ft. each) are available per day from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.

6 additional spaces (6 ft. each) are available during the Gala Performance Evening July 15th, from 9 pm - 1 a.m.

Audience Details/Demographics

Most of our festival participants for workshops are women from across the U.S., of diverse races/ethnicities. Most are afficianados of dance and shop for items such as those listed above. Men will attend the drumming classes and dance classes aimed at couples and men, and both men and women will attend the parties. The range of ages varies with most participants in their mid-20s to late 30s.
